Hi, I’m Nitu, a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor.​​
I spent a decade in accounting and finance, but it was the human stories behind the numbers that truly moved me. That pull led me to retrain in the mental health field, where I now support others through their emotional and life challenges.
​I’m a person-centered therapist who blends Parts Work, DBT, EMDR, and Solution-Focused approaches. My focus is trauma-informed care, emotional well-being, and the often complex relationship we have with money.
I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, not judgment.
